2022 New York State Empire Award
The Shop
Glauber's has been a family-owned fixture here for more than fifty years. Three generations of the family work the store and the catering side, alongside staff several of whom have been with the company ten and twenty years or more.
In October 2022 Senator Elijah Reichlin-Melnick presented the shop with a New York State Empire Award, which goes to local businesses that have made a significant impact supporting their communities. Glauber's was cited for giving food daily to people faced with food insecurity.
